Helpful Pre-Tryout
Opportunities
FREE OPEN GYMS will
be held Tuedays and Thursdays in April from 6-8 PM. (April 7, 12, 14, 19, 21)
GET A HEAD START! Open Gyms are held BEFORE Tryouts to help participants with their cheer
skills. If you are unfamiliar with cheer motions, jumps and stunts, YOU should come to these practices! Open Gyms
are similar to actual practices.
The practice runs
for 2 hours, but participants may come and go as they please.
AT FIRST OPEN GYM, participants must have FORMS ONE & TWO turned in to Coach Kelly. (Click here for FORMS ONE & TWO)
**Open gyms are instructed by the BV Coaching Staff.
Focus points will be on Motions, Jumps, Stunts and Tumbling.
